My daughter and I started Fuzzy Butt together to fulfill a lifelong dream of mine. When I met my first corgi it was love at first butt wiggle. We started with 2 females from different genetic lines with very unique personalities and builds. Our mission is to raise smart, bold, healthy, athletic dogs that bring joy to their people. We want to uphold the breed standard and create quality lines.
We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their furever homes. Each puppy gets daily interaction were we teach them manners, recall, sit, and no (just to name a few). They are also started on potty training at 3 weeks old. At 6 weeks they move into a kennel with a dog door where they learn to potty outside, but don’t worry, they still get daily interaction with us and TONS of socialization.
We utilize the following enrichment methods: various surfaces, loud noises (vacuum cleaner, blenders, blow dryer, etc), water; socialized with children, strangers, adult dogs, cats, a variety of livestock; taught puppy manners (“no” to biting or chewing), name recognition, sit command, nail trims, crate training, and potty training.
